1. Cancellation & Refund Policy
   Silverbrook Farm values our guests and strives to provide flexibility while ensuring fairness.
2. Tickets & Reservations
   • All tickets and reservations are non-refundable, except in the case of a Farm Closure.
   • A Farm Closure may occur due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, guests will be offered either a reschedule or a full refund.
3. No-Shows
   Guests who do not attend their scheduled reservation or event without prior notice are not eligible for a refund.
4. Non-Shippable Products
   Silverbrook Farm does not ship products. All purchases are for on-site experiences and services only.
